• Your technicians will need a spot in the driveway to park their vehicle and setup equipment. Please make sure that there is room to park a large van in the driveway. 

• The front door, garage, or other entrance will be open for the duration of the cleaning. We will also be bringing equipment back and forth into the home. Please make sure that your children are in a safe location during the cleaning. Please also ensure that all pets are stowed away in a safe location. 

• During the cleaning, please stay off any floors that are getting cleaned. If you need to grab something from a certain room such as food or papers, please let our technician know before the cleaning starts and they will accommodate you. 

• Secure all sensitive items such as phones, wallets, and jewelry off the floor before cleaning. Our technicians will do a walk-through before cleaning to ensure that no valuables are left on the floor before cleaning.

• Please relocate as much small furniture as possible off the desired cleaning areas. We are more than glad to help move up to 8 items off and on the floors. We cannot move sensitive items such as glass, cabinets, refrigerators, and electronics.

• Finally, we understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your cleaning, please give us a call, text, or message any time before the cleaning.
